All subscriptions with IT Solutions Online come with an unconditional money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within the first 15 days after purchase. Once 15 days has expired, a refund may still be requested but an early cancellation fee may be applied based on the duration of the subscription that has passed. If the Customer wishes to receive a refund after 15 days, an early cancellation fee of $30USD will be applied. If the Customer has purchased a multi-computer plan covering more than one computer an additional fee of $25/month will be applied. All other subscription plans include a fee of $15/month in addition to the cancellation fee. No early cancellation or subsequent fees will be pro-rated.
*Customers purchasing our one-time incident plan are not eligible for refunds as we will only charge your card once you are completely satisfied with the service. Should your issue reappear within 30 days please contact us directly and in the instance we are unable to solve the problem, a full refund will be granted.
